Cyprus has attracted people for over 9,000
years for a variety of reasons. It has now become a full
member of the EU since 1st May 2004. Today, it
appeals to visitors from all over the world with only one
thing in mind, to relax and enjoy life’s simple pleasures.
You will find that the Cypriot natives host
the many foreign visitors with a warm friendly and tolerant
acceptance and make you feel very welcome.
There is a lot of history with Cyprus and the
many fascinating Greek & Roman heritages sites make a great
place for sightseeing. You’ll discover that the ancient
world lives side by side with modern and this makes Cyprus
an interesting and enjoyable place to live.
An Island of unimaginable beauty, Cyprus has
a startling variety of landscapes from sandy Blue Flag
beaches to snow capped mountains. Traditional villages and
olive groves give a very tranquil setting.

Getting there
The island has two main airports, Larnaca &
Paphos, served by approximately 30 major airlines with many
flights from the UK and Ireland. The island is covered by a
network of newly built roads, so getting about is quick and
easy.
Areas
Protaras
Frequently
described as the jewel of the Eastern Mediterranean.
Protaras is an elite beach resort, approximately 43 minutes
from Larnaca airport. A string of golden bays and rocky
inlets where many fishing boats go for the daily catch.
Famous for its crystalline waters used for snorkelling and
scuba diving, and many cafes, bars and buzzing night life.
Larnaca
Just a 10 minute ride from the airport, has a
pretty palm lined promenade alongside the yacht marina at
one end and a medieval fortress at the other end. This
popular town is vibrant and has a busy atmosphere.
Oroklini
A quiet peaceful village of winding streets,
with many tavernas and bars. An excellent choice of area for
the more relaxed way of life.
Tersefanou
This is a tranquil area, with a new golf
course planned, which will include a 5 star hotel with Spa
and clubhouse facilities. Superb investment potential.
Ayia Napa
Although a famous party capital, the town has
enforced regulations against all night raves and now hoasts
more family friendly holiday resorts. This area is a
vibrant, lively and beautiful town.
